Paycircle backend is limited to 7 days' worth of logs from the date P32 emails are sent out. However, if the email is undelivered due to any reason and in most of the cases its pointed out by the client after the 7 days has passed. Hence cannot be checked and confirmed.

It would be good idea to :
1) have the email log for at least a month, so that there is enough time to identify and address the issue (Bug).
2) have Such email log accessible by the Bureau rather than reaching out to Paycircle support team every time just to check if the email was delivered or not.
