If an employee NI number is already detected within the Paycircle database the initial employee import adds "CONFLICT" after the imported NI Number. It would be useful if a warning was presented instead that the user can dismiss and proceed instead of having to manually amend each employee individually. Alternatively, an option to import the NI Number after this point would be useful especially when this happens for multiple clients that transfer from bureau to bureau that use Paycircle.
