Add another status filter, "repayment schedule" that only shows employees with repayment schedules in their profile.
As an alternative, to avoid the many similar issues faced, why not add a basic query building wizard. Provide a basic wizard that builds the SQL query that allows us to select and filter data from the tables, instead of restricting the selection criteria through pre selected criteria buttons. I understand the need to have ease of use for users, but there is nothing preventing optional more advanced features being available for more confident users. There have been a number of recent instances where a task that should take moments with basic querying has instead taken hours to perform manually because we aren't able to query our own data.
