I have learnt today that when you view the role of a specific admin you are not viewing the portal exactly as they would due to you having Super User Access.
For example I managed the visibility on a couple companies for this group admin - when I clicked view role all companies of that group were showing even though I had updated this. I assumed this function was not working properly and contacted support, I was advised this is because I have access to all these, therefore I was left annoyed and frustrated as I believed by viewing a role I would be fully viewing their role.
I feel this should be updated so when you view role you are seeing the portal the exact way the Admin would this way there is no confusion and we are able to advise confidently and have the security that changes/permissions we have amended have actually taken effect.
