Adding a subject line to support chat

Would be useful to be able to have a subject line when creating a support chat, if you ever need to go back to view a chat, it can be a minefield trying to find the one you're looking for

    Hey Jack

    For the support chat, we use a third party tool called Intercom.

    I've passed your suggestion over to the Support Manager of Paycircle and he'll raise this on your behalf with Intercom as it's not something that's available at the moment.
