The option to be able to process Statutory Pay Adjustments as a negative

At the moment you cannot curtail Maternity leave prior to the previous pay run, which means that if there is a change between the date the payroll data is provided for processing and the end of the processing period, it cannot be adjusted in the following month without rolling back the whole period. We cannot even do this as a manual component as it will not correct the overpaid claim on the P32

Describe the Challenge Being able to correct overpaid statutory pay without the risk of duplicating records with HMRC by doing a rollback

    Hi @Guest ,

Have you tried Shana's suggestion above and did it give you what you need?

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Pete

you can update the schedule, so if the maternity start date was incorrect or the gross pay needs to be amended you can do this on the schedule after the previous month has been ran - it will then adjust the whole schedule accordingly
