An audit trail of what communication has been sent to the client via email

We currently have a lot of clients who are claiming that they have not been receiving emails from Paycircle with either workflow step emails or just payroll completion emails and we are unable to see if they have received these or if they have even been sent out. It would be helpful to have an audit trail or log so we can keep track of what has and has not been sent to our clients.

    Our company has recently transferred software's to paycircle and everyone in our team is experiencing similar issues with clients claiming they have not received their reports (not all) and its hard for us to assist them with very little detail on the system

    It would be very useful if we could have an audit trail as stated above to enable us to support our clients rather than not having any evidence and make an assumption that they have received their documents.

    Our previous software would allow us to see that the report has ben sent and also if the client has opened our email and this reassure us that they have got the information they need rather than us sending a separate email each time to check which comes across as unprofessional and defeats the object of running a payroll efficiently.

    Another similar issue is clients will ask me to resend their reports via the link but I'm not able to do this without having to rollback and re-run the payroll which then means getting a manager involved and wasting their time over something that could be fixed in the system.
