Alert the employee and company when pension contribution drops below minimum.

Put employees can update their pension contributions via the app. As a minimum the companies pay 5% and the employee 3%. However this month we noticed that several employee's dropped their contribution to 1%, which means they are now paying below the legal requirement. It would be good if PayCircle alerted the employee at the time of doing this that they were unable to pay below a minimum and also inform the company they have attempted to do this.
