CIS Module needs updating

We have noticed a number of deficiencies when it comes to the CIS module on Paycircle. There has been quite a few things that we have noticed that isn’t applicable to CIS at all. Things like NMW checks on subbies, and there are alerts advising a sub-contractor has been paid under the NMW, which is just irrelevant. When we’ve given our clients admin access, we always get asked “where can I access the subbie statements” and to find them they have to click on “Payslips”. Then the data logic isn’t logical. With the CIS returns being due by the 19th of the following month relating to payments in the tax month prior, all our CIS jobs always appear “overdue” even though we have until the 19th deadline to submit the return. Within payroll settings there isn’t a way currently to change this. When we have raised this within the support chat box there was a lack of understanding at the difference between deadlines for CIS returns and the submission of CIS monthly returns. There’s also the issue of when you go to verify a subbie, on the screen it comes up with “this subbie has been verified- we have verified that this subbie is registered for CIS and their details have been updated”. But then you actually check the subbie’s record on Paycircle and they’re down as higher rate 30%- so clearly, they aren’t registered for CIS??
