SD55 report to include hours from salary

It would be useful for the report to actually work and provide the correct information, on the back of this it would also be useful to have the redeclaration of compliance report put back as this is one of the useful things on paycircle, maybe the confetti button could be taken away if something desperately needs removing - rather than something that actually provides some sort of benefit to the user!
