To be able to edit Attachment of Earnings

We should be able to edit an already set up AOE,DEA etc. It's really silly that you need to cancel an order just to add make a change like adding in a new fixed deduction instead of using the tables or to remove the fixed rate deduction.
You want to be able to see the full history of the order in one place and not keep going into all the cancelled orders which relate to the same order!
