Be able to import negative quantity of shift data

We would like to be able to import shift data containing negative units of quantity, which should work as a gross deduction. Our system prior to Paycircle produces these when we intend to reclaim pay, but Paycircle no longer accepts the negative figures and we have to re-upload these manually. We are sure that this was a feature available when we first started using Paycircle. I've attached a screenshot of an example import which we would like to work.
