Change when Workflow reminder emails are sent

We would like to have control over when these reminders are issued as would like to issue on the due day.

Describe the Challenge Currently workflow reminders are issued 24 hours before due date for weekly payrolls and 48 hours before due date for monthly payrolls. We would like to control when these emails are sent.
