Currently we receive a report from the support team each month detailing clients who have a DOC due. This list includes clients who are closed/archived. The number of clients who have ceased trading or who we no longer act for is going to grow and it would be helpful not to have to identify them manually from the report.

we've been told by paycircle that the list includes companies where the 'declaration already submitted' box is marked as no. I know it's only a temp fix but will keep them off the list for 3 years, hopefully by then there will be a fix!
