When Year to Date figures have been received from HMRC, via electronic updates, after we have submitted the RTI to HMRC, Paycircle are updating the YTD figures on online payslips that have a pay period before the actual update was received. The YTD figures are being amended (e.g. to their first payslips), even though we didn't have the YTD figures at that point in time. In the employee record, the payslip under 'Documents' is showing correctly and in line with what was submitted to HMRC, but the online payslip under 'Payments' is showing the YTDs, which we didn't have at that time., therefore showing incorrect tax and earnings. This is resulting in issues with HMRC querying the timeline of YTD figures for employees. The YTDs are u[dated prior to when they were received, which means there is no audit trail and cerates a distorted timeline of events.
