Pension Communication letters need updating

The Pension email you send is missing key dates for employees, is quite confusing for them also.

Sentences not completed. I feel it generally makes us look silly as the first piece of correspondence from the system.

I also feel the bottom should say the Bureau company name not Paycircle.

I have attached the email that was sent from the system to an e'ee. which the e'ee has come back and questioned themselves.


Also the download function for this on the communication timeline doesn't work for this either.
