Can the system please be updated so an employees annual salary in their record is not changed when their salary is amended for the period. We have multiple clients who want things such as holiday pay shown seperately from salary so we then have to reduce their salary so they dont get overpaid. Not having their correct salary in their record then makes it alot harder when the payroll is being checked prior to going to the client.

Totally agree - permanent elements held on the employee record shouldn't be overwritten by temporary changes in the payroll month.
