It is not possible to work on Paycircle whilst the help functions are on screen. So having read/watched a video/chatted, the help function must be closed to be able to work on Paycircle. If further help is required, you have to look it up and start again.

Hi, unless I've misunderstood your query. You can open Paycircle in many different tabs so you can be working on one while watching on the other. You can do this multiple times if looking/working on other pages/companies. I use this a lot when a client puts their changes in the notes, so I like to have the notes on one tab while working on another or I want top pop into the team or pension section without leaving the bit I'm on in the payroll section for example.
