Benefit in Kind pay elements should all have the benefit in kind toggle switched onto Yes Merged

The benefit in kind elements do not always have the BIK toggle switched on when this should be the case for all similar elements. The toggle should automatically be on 'Yes' as we have had to manually switch on the BIK toggle. This should be a priority as payrolling BIKs becomes mandatory in the 27/28 tax year and we need this to be an automatic process so less manual work is required.
