We have had issues where someone in unpaid maternity leave has been made a leaver but stays in the run and on reports. It would be useful if, when making them a leaver, it took you to the maternity (or any other active) schedule and make you end this first. Otherwise, you can unknowingly add someone as a leaver in unpaid maternity and they won't be removed from the run or reports.
