Report showing all employees last access to pay portal

Employees are emailed to advise when draft payslips are available on the portal for them to check, they are usually given a few days to come back to us before we process. It would be helpful for us to be able to see all employees last access at a glance though, so we can see the percentage of employees who have logged on to check. I know we can check individually through history but i would like an at a glance option for the whole company. We had this option always visible in sage and it was useful. Even a standard report would help.
