Allow calculations when creating reports

Allow users to add fields together or calculate a percentage of an element when producing reports. Avoids exporting to excel and manually adjusting the report.

    It would also be useful to be able to sum certain fields based on Employee ID, rather than a monthly report showing repeat values for the same employee.
