Supplementary Runs - Pension Calculations

When processing a supplementary run, pension contributions are not being calculated on payments that are being processed despite pension contributions being due. It would be handy if pension contributions are calculated automatically on supplementary run like they are within a standard run. At present, we are having to process the calculations manually.
