When adding a CIS Subcontractor The UTR number is a required field. If a subcontractor is still waiting for their URT number there is a problem. either remove the mandatory UTR or have an option to proceed without a UTR number in which case their deduction would be 30% not the standard 20%.

The challenge is we have to pay and deduct the tax outside of PayCircle until we have a UTR number. PAYE can't be paid to HMRC until there is a UTR number. |
