It would be good to have the option to select apply to all employees and save immediately without the need to click through each individual employee. When adding a 'bulk' payslip note you still have to click through each individual employee in order to apply the note. While I appreciate you do not have to type the message each time it defeats the object of doing it in bulk.

Customer Challenge
We run payroll for 8 companies which range from 37 to 815 staff per company. When adding payslip notes to those companies with higher staff volume it becomes time consuming clicking through each individual person to get to the end to click save. There should be a two box option, 'Apply to all employees' then the option to save immediately without the need to go through all 815 individuals to click 'Next' |
