The pension disbursements are currently capped at 3 pension schemes, so if clients have more than three pension schemes we are unable to submit BACs, can we remove the limit as this affects payrolls with AE pensions and Private pensions

Customer Challenge
We have a client with two Auto-Enrolment schemes and three private pensions. Previously, we were able to submit BACs payments for all these schemes; however, since migrating to Paycircle, we can no longer process BACs for the private pensions due to a cap on the number of pension BACs that can be set up. Could this limit be removed or increased to accommodate clients with multiple pension arrangements? The only temporary workaround is to create a “dummy” company for the three affected employees so we can set up and submit BACs for their private pensions. This is not ideal and introduces unnecessary risk of error. |
