It would be ideal if we could include a reference number within emails that are automatically sent out. This would then allow our system to auto file them against the client

Business Case
This would be a huge time savers for our bureau. Currently we set up the emails to be sent to the client and to a generic email address. The admin team then ensures that each individual email is saved against our client for future reference. If we could include an individual reference number these emails could be automictically filed against the client. Allowing us to work smarter not harder! |
