Show where to find the P60 - I looked and cannot find it and it is 2 weeks after end of year

In your week 52 or Month 12 payroll reports, navigate via Payroll History tab - then there is a Team P60's available for download
I click on the button for downloading my P60, but it simply doesn’t work. The download is nowhere to be found on any page! Why is this and why make it so ridiculously difficult to see?
