Currently the Payment reference field when generating a BACS file for Salaries with Telleroo as the bank generates wrong. Telleroo uses the first word of the payroll reference rather than the BACS payment reference for the company"("Payroll reference" being the company name.)

Customer Challenge
Staff are being paid with the payment referance 'East' rather than 'Monthly Pay'. To change this i have to open the BACS file and manually overwrite the field each month, this could lead to other errors. |
