Payslip

It would be useful as clients like to have payslips in their own layout and it means we can personalise payslips for clients as necessary.

Unfortunately, at the moment you don't have a feature to regenerate all payslips at once.

i dont understand why the bulk payslip download has only been put in for current employees, it would be helpful for this to be doable for leavers too

To be able to preview a payslip before calculating the run. Currently you can preview pay statement but this does not breakdown the pay elements etc.

For employees who currently have 2 posts in Paycircle, the payslips do not offer clear details on the salaries/ pensions. For the second post, I will recommend adding the job title as the payslip label.

Payslip labels are haphazardly arranged and do not come in chronological order. Even a bare minimum software can provide this information but PayCircle fails to do so. This needs to be fixed ASAP as it looks shabby. GBP (£) symbol cannot be added ...
