Option to include net payments such as expenses in total gross pay

Having net payments such as expenses added to Total Gross Pay on summary reports would make reconciling to client spreadsheets a lot easier. This is the case on Sage and works well.

I’d like to suggest adding the ability to choose the orientation of custom reports, particularly for documents like the P32.

Printable reports

Appreciate few clients print reports but some prefer to. It has been reported to us that the font is small in the very large fields and that reports prints over many pages due to the vast number of columns.

Weekly reports to show week number at top of page

It would be useful to show the week number on the reports as a header, next to the pay period. Instead of just the working period it is due to pay.

A report to show which clients have registered for Paycircle.

To see who has registered for Paycircle and which client need an additional email to register. This would be helpful to larger groups as it takes time to go through individually.

Unregistered Team members report

A client with 300+ team members has requested a report that shows who has not yet registered for the employee portal rather than just going down the team member list. They were looking to encourage registration. No such report is currently available.
