Appreciate few clients print reports but some prefer to. It has been reported to us that the font is small in the very large fields and that reports prints over many pages due to the vast number of columns.
Link payroll sicknesses added to employees to HR tracker
The HR holiday and sickness tracker should be linked to any sickness absence dates added to payroll. Currently you have to add the information in two different places which is inefficient.
Change Total Payments: to Taxable Pay: on the payslip
Having different terminology (Gross Pay, Total Pay, Taxable Pay) on payslip is confusing and it would be accurate if payslip was worded appropriately. Please change the wordings - Total payments: to Taxable pay: in the payments column of the payslip
Sickness policy currently only works if the sickness is in the current month. Most sickness dates are done in arrears but only SSP is then picked up. Please can we ensure arrears dates are also picked up for policies.
Additional payments currently processed as pay elements such as tech/car deductions, union fees, health/dental would be great if BACS can be linked to an element to generate a payment file once finalised
