Option to sort the order of components on a payslip

It would be good to remove the salary line when staff are hourly paid and to be able to change the order in which the components are listed on the payslip ie; Hours followed by pension etc

P32 Email set at Company Group level

It would be good if you could turn on the P32 reminder email at company group level rather than just at company level. For any companies that have more than one pay frequency under the same PAYE scheme, there isn't currently an ability to automate...

Pension Refunds - YTD

I am manually refunding pension contributions. This does not reduce/remove the YTD figures. The only way to do this is to rollback- however this is a large payroll, fortnightly and complex, so that isn't an option. There is no way to override pens...

Contact details for when you can't access the website

We cannot access Paycircle and its has something to do with applying MFA as a security policy. We need some help from Access's side to get matters resolved by without access to Paycircle we are struggling to know how to escalate matters.

Tri-annual re-enrolment report

When the tri-annual re-enrolment happens via the payroll, it would be really helpful to have a report during the period which clearly details any employees who have been re-enrolled as a result of this.

Reporting on Group Admins

Better integration option when importing data split by deparements

I have a large client who has employees that work across multiple departments, there is not a clear way to use the import feature to get these to show all the pay elements in the correct departments in paycircle.
