Create your Own Elements

The ability to create your own setting on an element rather than duplicating an element.
1) This is time consuming to find an element that is exactly what you need
2) Other software's allow you to tick if the component is an addition or a deduction, taxable, NIable, Pensionable, BIK, notional payment, net pay, salary sacrifice, payroll benefit etc.
3) On the current system, there is not a true reversal of core elements, e.g. Private Fuel in BIK, there is not an exact deduction element that has the same setting as this, so have to do work arounds
