Student Loans Updates knocked out by Year End Rollover

There are a number of Paycircle users who have noticed that when Year End Rollover occurs updates to Student and Post Graduate Loans can be knocked out. This has been reported by a number of us but there is no fix or acknowledgement of this issue and the only way to recognise it is by double checking the Student Loan notices one by one. I have attached an example which has been redacted.
