Advice from users, is anyone else aware of the limitations on the Nest integration?

Not really an idea but looking to get some feedback from other users. I just wanted to check to see if other users are aware that there are limitations on the Nest integration which requires manual intervention with the monthly direct connection submissions?

For example, if you have 2 groups, one group for non salary sacrifice pensions and another group for salary sacrifice, and an employee wishes to move from one group to another, this change is made within Paycircle and even though you have a direct connect with Nest switched on and the submissions are successful every month, this change isn't actually be made within Nest as part of the direct connection and it must be done manually by logging into Nest and moving the employees from one group to another.

Has anyone else spotted this and maybe anything else with this direct connection?

I too have experienced an issue with connection to a different pension company for whom a salary sacrifice and non-salary sacrifice scheme is in place. The pension scheme settings i.e. scheme number is the same for both types of different tax treatment. However, it would appear the 'Groups' sections within paycircle is where the mismatch occurs and prevents the auto-connection from payroll software to the pension company. Would be good to know how this was successfully tested from start to send of the process?

I know this was a few months ago, but yes I have noticed it. It is an issue I have raised with Paycircle about two years ago as they don't have a field on the submissions that allows group or payment source to be specified so it can cause havock on NEST if you're not careful.
