I have noticed there are many change suggestions and recent changes that work well for some users but are detrimental to us and others. My general suggestion is to incorporate changes as settings where possible so that all of us have options, rather than broad brush changes that create havoc overnight for some users. As an end user, there will be many changes that work well for bureau users but cause us a lot of issues, and as a small team with a large payroll, the extra time is very difficult to absorb. Having more control over accepting changes or altering settings would mean options can be introduced, but not imposed.
