Bureau Settings

Currently the HMRC login for clients is on a client by client basis. It would be good to have a bureau level login and password option so we can only enter the details once.

My clients would like an order of elements for hourly paid employees be in the usual order rather than random. They all would like the element order be Basic, O/T1, O/T1.5 and O/T2 and so on, on their payslips. At the moment it's very random.

If an employee has a permanent payment, for example car allowance, the system to pro rata the payment in the same way as salary is pro rated for starters and leavers.

Negative net pay are only used in extremely rare occasions - it would be useful to be able to turn this off (and on) so that it doesn't happen automatically and can be switched on if its needed.

To be able to set an "Auto Run" processing time of day that is within bureau working hours, so not at 5 am in the mornings or weekends

It would be helpful to see when a client was last logged in as an admin and on the employee portal.

Would it be possible to add a setting so we can turn off the auto proration calculations within the payrolls for starters, leavers, absences etc as we currently have to check each of these as PayCircle's figure is more often than not wrong. As we ...
