create a place (under documents) where you can add letters/ documents you have received about an employee (DEA notices for example) that you wish to file but not be visible to the employee

However please note that I contacted your company twice with two separate representatives about this - both of them stated that this was not possible and that all documents were visible by the employee. Perhaps it would be a good idea to send this out to customer services so that they are aware this is possible!

Thanks for raising this, just to let you know this functionality already exists 🙂
At the point you upload a document against the employee you can pick and choose whether you'd like it visible to them.
