Our business insurance recently required us to turn on 2FA for Paycircle, which went quite smoothly surprisingly, apart from one or two clients.
However, these clients do not use smartphones and therefore cannot download apps - they do use desktops so I recommended Authy to them, as listed on Paycircles help and support guidance that they use.
When I tried to follow the link for further details on Authy from Paycircle, the link was broken so I asked Paycircle for some help on live chat, to be told they no longer support Authy.
Not only was this embarrassing for me to have to tell the client that they do use Authy, to five minutes later having to reply and say that they do not - we are now completely stuck with these two clients who do not use smartphones.
It seems really restrictive to only have one way to 2FA - can we not also use text messages or maybe even Authy!?
