When setting up a pension scheme operated on a total pay basis, rather than have the pay elements marked as default pensionable, it would be easier if they were all non-pensionable and we could select what elements should be subject to pension deductions. This varies per company but often there are a handful of pay elements subject to pension but currently we’re having to untick over 50 elements which is very time consuming.
