Delay submission for automated pensions more than 10/ be able to select a date

Currently we process many of our payrolls early in the month. The pension can onl;y be delayed for 10 days meaning the =pension is submitted in the current period and not anywhere near the due date 22nd of the following month

Describe the Challenge

Pension submitted too early. If there are chnages to ther payroll we have to amend pension as well.
