A report that shows everyone under NMW

Our old programme provider had the ability to run a report whereby you entered in a set of hourly rates per age and when ran, it showed each employee who was currently under the NMW (according to the rates we'd entered). It allowed us to run this report as soon as the new NMW rate were announced, and send to clients to confirm to increase them.
I know Paycircle gives alerts within the payroll but this would mean going into each payroll to check, it would be great to just run a report and have all the info ready and in front of you
