Adding a “Next Employee” navigation option within individual employee records

It would be much more efficient if, when viewing an employee’s record, we had the option to click “Next Employee” to move directly to the next profile, rather than returning to the Team Members tab each time. This would streamline the process when reviewing or updating details such as pay rates, email addresses, and other key information.
