Our clients are having major issues with logging in as admins. Email address and passwords not being accepted. 90% of the calls we're receiving from our clients are either the admins not being able to login in or employees not being able to access their payslips. Needs to be less clunky for the less tech savvy individuals. Maybe we can set up for them and then they can change the password.

Completely agree! We've had no end of issues since the new access log in.
Another thing that is annoying is you log into Paycircle as usual, then you need to log into Access and then when Paycircle times out, you get logged out and the page goes back to the access login screen but then it doesn't let you log in so you need to start again at Paycircle.
I regard myself as a tech savvy person and I feel the log in process is long and unnecessary!
