Payroll Notifications Spreadsheet

The current spreadsheet is archaic, does not flow and is likely to lead to errors and missed information.

Why not have a individual tabs for:

Starters with all the necessary components required.

Leavers - which included dates and payment/deduction for holidays etc.

In Month Variations - change of hours, pay rates, addresses

Absences - Sickness - Holiday and other leaves.

Alternatively produce standardised forms for all companies to use for notifications, or accept instructions via the portal.
