View only security profiles

Please add more granularity to user profiles so that each tick on the editable permissions has a read only option rather than the current read AND edit permission. Our Finance team review the payroll before final commit but we do not want them to have permission to edit anything. The current Lite profile does not allow them to see everything so we have had to give them read & edit permission just to see!
