Alerts when an individual employee's pension falls below minimum requirement

As employees are able to adjust their contribution levels themselves in Pay Portal, this means the system allows an employee to adjust their percentage below the legal minimum requirement.

It would be good if we had an alert to notify us when an individual employee falls below legal minimum percentage.
