Improve Sign-up to make less ridiculous

We are new users of Paycircle. We received notification that payslips were available on the portal. We went through the process of creating a paycircle login ID and then a password. Being sensible people we carefully saved the details to our password manager. THEN we learn that this is all redundant and we have to create an Access identity. What is an access identity? We try to use the help links and, of course, they don't work on the first page.
So we have to go through the process of creating a second identity which we do not understand.
The help links on the second page work but only take us to a multi-multi-page document about Access IDs with an emphasis on 2FA (which of course we have not been asked to set up). Oh and the links to further explanations about 2FA etc in this document ... don't work.

After all this I get through to the portal and can SEE A PAYSLIP.

What a ridiculous rigmarole. Why not get new users to set up one ID rather than two and get your links to work.
