Increase the font size to fill the white space the reports

We have quite a few clients who are saying that once the reports and payslips are printed out, or reading on the screen, they struggle to see the figures as the font is so small. Would be very useful to increase the font size to fill the white space in the report template?

Our client correspondence policy states, for security, attachments to emails should be sent as PDFs.

Excel format could be edited by the client.
